Explanations ⬇️

1. Being super restrictive with your diet during the entire week will inevitably lead to a weekend binge because when you won't give your body enough it will find ways to get what it rightfully deserves. Now, whether that happens through nutritious food or 'less nutritious' foods is for you to decide 💁

2. Consistency over perfection sista! A slight deviation from your diet one certain day shouldn't be a reason for you to adopt the "f**k this" attitude. Simply get back on track 💁

3. Patience is the 🔑. You cannot expect years of weight gain to just vanish in a few days or months. Your body will take its time to adapt and you need to follow the plan all the way through to start seeing results. Giving up in the middle everytime you start isn't gonna get you any closer to your goals 💁

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION ⚡
Very excited to post my most sincere and on point client's transformation!🙌..
She pulled off this amazing transformation while working full time on her venture and in our very first conversation, she asked me - " It's very hard for my weight to go down as I have tried everything. I have PCOD and fatty liver which is why I am asking you if we ll really be able to get my weight down?"..
In response, I only asked her one thing, "Are you willing to do what it takes and have trust in the process and me as your coach?"
Her response was, "YES! Whatever it takes!"..
And that was all we needed to get her going!..
Her periods were improper and painful which we were able to resolve in 4 weeks(Slide 5)➡️through:

🥗Smart and flexible nutrition programming (yes, she even had her favorite foods)
🏋️‍♀️Progressive strength training
🚶‍♀️Walking EVERYDAY
🧠 Working on mindset and lifestyle
✅ And MOST IMPORTANTLY, her regular meal pictures, logging in her physical activity and check ins with me!

📈Here we are 5.4kgs down and reduced inches that she tells me none of her pants fit her anymore because they are all 'loose' :
Week 0: 71.4 kgs
Week 8: 66 kgs
