Explanations ⬇️
1. Being super restrictive with your diet during the entire week will inevitably lead to a weekend binge because when you won't give your body enough it will find ways to get what it rightfully deserves. Now, whether that happens through nutritious food or 'less nutritious' foods is for you to decide 💁
2. Consistency over perfection sista! A slight deviation from your diet one certain day shouldn't be a reason for you to adopt the "f**k this" attitude. Simply get back on track 💁
3. Patience is the 🔑. You cannot expect years of weight gain to just vanish in a few days or months. Your body will take its time to adapt and you need to follow the plan all the way through to start seeing results. Giving up in the middle everytime you start isn't gonna get you any closer to your goals 💁
