Anger is an infamous but a valuable emotion.

Anger informs us of our inner state. It tells us what triggers us and what are our non negotiable.

It is not the anger we must worry about or want to manage or change. Itโ€™s what causes the anger that needs correction and itโ€™s the expression of the anger that needs to be watched.

Why anger has been considered such a dreaded emotion is because the consequences of an unaddressed anger is way too costly. It costs us our relationships and most importantly our ability to do whatโ€™s best at the moment we experience anger. We hurt ourselves and others and often the damage is irreversible.

The intensity of the anger often tells us how many times we have failed at correcting something that has been hurtful but the expression of our anger tells us volumes about how badly we have been hurt.

Anger is the top layer of emotions of frustration agitation caused by a deeper level usually stemming from helplessness, powerlessness and lack of an agreeable choice. We also have a thin layer of hopelessness. But the deepest layer of anger is that of shame, guilt, resentment, regret and self sabotage. This usually forms as we constantly fail to change whatโ€™s hurting us or perhaps what can be termed as inability to be in charge of our very own state of mind and therefore, behaviour.

There are two ways we respond in anger either with quiet treatment where we shut down or with hurtful aggression.

The more hurtful you get while expressing the anger the more wounded and helpless and/or hopeless you feel within.
Often the anger we display at others is what we feel about our own selves.

Here is how you deal with anger :

1. Accept you have an issue of a certain type of anger and its expression
2. Become aware of it without the need to feel shame, guilt or regret
3. Reflect and understand what makes you so angry and why do you choose the type of expression you display
4. Practice the above and be mindful of the emotion of anger and how you deal with it.
5. Find whatโ€™s making you so angry at yourself?
6. What in others triggers you?
7. Which part of you gets triggered?
8. Watch the pattern till slowly it dissolves
9. Introspect and understand what is the cause and how that affects your mood, behaviour and how it has carved your personality
10. Gradually work on the cause and remove it
11. Forgive yourself for your inability to break the pattern of hurt and give yourself another chance
12. Promise to choose yourself and your health
13. Promise yourself not to let anything else even if itโ€™s your own temptation, false hope or rigid belief cause you any more hurt
14. Repeat

There are many versions to each one of us. Every time one goes through hardship and adversity a new version is born. Every time one meets a new person one feels connected or loved, a new version emerges. And every time one feels unsafe another version surfaces.
People show us the version of themselves that feel can be safe with us.
Similarly whoever meets us perceives us in a way they can see us. It is not important what version you are with whom. Itโ€™s important you donโ€™t lose yourself to be with another. Itโ€™s important to allow people to be who they are with you and make them feel safe enough to slowly show you all of that they are. Most people hide because they fear being judged or abandoned.

Next time you feel others are not fully open with you, ask yourself what did you do to make them feel unsafe?
There is no need to judge. We never know what experience shaped them and at the time they were dealing with adversities & their pain how much fear, loneliness they had to bear. We donโ€™t know how many demons they had to fight.

When we see our truth and stay honest to ourselves we provide a space for others to do the same. There can never be one version of anyone. No matter how hard you try to be authentic and real, there would always be one person who sees you otherwise and thatโ€™s okay. Just continue to be true to yourself. Thatโ€™s all that matters.
Just never negotiate your peace & your truth to fit someone elseโ€™s version of you.

Sometimes, when we miss someone, itโ€™s not just about their presence but about the version of ourselves we were when we were with them.

Certain relationships or moments in life awaken parts of usโ€”our laughter, our vulnerability, our sense of being understood or cherished.

When that connection fades, we donโ€™t just long for the person; we long for how we felt, who we became in their company, and the memories shaped in that shared space.

Itโ€™s natural to miss the comfort of those moments, but itโ€™s also an invitation to reflect.

What part of you did they bring alive? Was it a sense of adventure, deep emotional safety, or even the courage to be authentic?

Missing someone can be a mirror, showing us what we value, what we wish to reclaim, or what weโ€™ve outgrown.

Sometimes, the longing is less about the person and more about the feeling of belonging, joy, or connection they represented.

And in understanding this, we open the door to reconnecting with those parts of ourselves, independent of anyone else.

We realize that what we long for is within us, waiting to be nurtured again.

Intuition communicates through subtle sensations, quiet insights, or a strong feeling that something is rightโ€”or wrongโ€”without the need for logical reasoning.To fully trust intuition, itโ€™s important to practice slowing down and creating space for it to emerge. The mind often generates fear, doubts, and distractions that cloud our ability to hear our inner wisdom. By learning to recognize these mental blocks, you can create a deeper connection to your intuition. Trust grows when you begin to honor these quiet moments of insight, even if they seem insignificant at first.Over time, as you continue to tune in, your intuitive voice becomes clearer, more reliable. Itโ€™s a skill that improves with consistent practice. Quiet moments, mindfulness, and reflection allow you to cultivate this connection, helping you discern the difference between fear-based thoughts and authentic intuitive guidance. When you embrace intuition, you open yourself to a deeper level of awareness, leading to choices that are aligned with your true path.
