And it could be more than your first time "failing" before you finally get it. But if you learn from your slip-ups, you are no failure. You are on the road to success.

Anything , worth pursuing , takes time, so be patient!🚀



It's important to remember that the journey takes time and that you've got to start enjoying the process... Because you will spend more time on the journey then you ever will at your destination!

Being patient doesn't mean sit still and wait, it means that you accept that their is a process and steps and that you are prepared to see it through!

I know many of you are in a frantic rush to see results and get to your destination but the reality is it takes years and in most cases decades to achieve success, fulfilment and happiness at any significant level.

So, whatever you are chasing better be something you truly want and care about pursuing for a long period of time.

It's takes time.... in fact anything worth pursuing takes time so be patient, keep your head down and stay focused, eventually you'll be right where you always dreamt you would be.💯

Let's talk about the importance of being hungry when you wake up. This might be a controversial topic, but it is something that isn't talked about enough.

"But Aakash, I heard fasting in the morning is SO good for my hormones and working out fasted is even better.
I also don't wake up hungry."

The BEST thing you can do for your hormones is to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up. This does NOT include coffee lol.

We already fasted overnight, so why do we need to fast another few hours?

That's adding MORE stress on your body. I'm sure you already have other stressors such as work, school, family, and more. This is why we actually need MORE food when you're under stress.

Did you know our liver can only hold glucose for 8-10 hours until it starts to make its own?

If we compromise our liver by going low carb than it runs out of glucose even sooner. This is when our stress hormone, cortisol, kicks in and starts to cause other hormone issues.

Progesterone levels begin to decrease and estrogen levels rise. Eating breakfast prevents all of this from happening.

If you're not hungry when you wake up, this is a clear sign you're running on stress hormones and suppressing your hunger.

Stop drinking coffee on an empty stomach, stop intermittent fasting, and don't workout fasted. Your hormones will thank you later.
