Rangoli is deeply rooted in Indian tradition. We must pass on this to our children.
When we sit and create rangoli designs, our mind becomes calm and focused.

Making rangoli gives gentle physical exercise. Bending and sitting improves flexibility, and using fingers improves hand coordination.
