Fat loss doesn’t stop working after 40.
Your body changes — and most plans DON’T.❌

Most fat loss plans still rely on eating less and pushing harder.
That worked when you were younger.
After 40, it usually just leaves you more tired, more stressed, and still stuck in the same body 😴

What most plans miss is HEALTH.
⛔️They don’t protect muscle.
⛔️They don’t allow enough recovery.
⛔️They don’t account for sleep, stress, or hormones shifting.

If fat loss feels harder, slower, or like it’s costing you energy and wellbeing — it’s not because you’re failing.
It’s because the plan isn’t built for THIS PHASE of life.
Fat loss after 40 has to work with your body, not against it.

I keep meeting women over forty who think they’re LOSING IT. 🥲

They’re more emotional than they’ve ever been. More tired. More reactive. Their body feels unfamiliar — and they quietly wonder when it all changed. 🤔🙇‍♀️

What HURTS is how OFTEN they blame themselves.😭

Perimenopause doesn’t JUST affect your cycle.
It affects:
👉your sleep
👉mood
👉appetite
👉recovery
👉and how your body responds to training.

So when nothing works anymore, women are told to push harder or eat less — INSTEAD OF being given the right plan that is built for their changing hormones.

I know this feeling because I’VE LIVED IT TOO.

HERE’S THE TRUTH I wish someone had told me earlier:
Nothing is wrong with you. Your body is changing — and it deserves a plan that understands that. 💜

If fat loss feels harder than it ever used to, it’s NOT because you suddenly lost discipline or motivation.
After FORTY — and especially in PERIMENOPAUSE — the body responds differently to STRESS.

Training harder and eating less may feel logical, but when RECOVERY, SLEEP, AND HORMONES aren’t accounted for, that approach often STALLS FAT LOSS instead of helping it.

This is why I coach fat loss DIFFERENTLY for women over forty. Training, nutrition, recovery, sleep, and stress are treated as ONE SYSTEM — and adjusted together, based on REAL DATA 📊

If you’ve been doing “EVERYTHING RIGHT” and nothing is changing, it’s may not be you. It maybe the PLAN.
