Ongoing weekly Healing and Wellness programme, Health, Healing and Wholeness Workshop and Psycho-nutritional cure camps address the chronic and Psychosomatic illnesses, through Psychotherapy and Emotional Body Work, Health Exercises and Nutrition Therapy. We administer psycho-spiritual tools in order to refine perceptional beliefs and behavior, through Advanced Psychotherapies. We have formed new self-help groups for effective inter personal skills for prevention of relapse into old patterns of behaviour and life style. Our programmes have many specific elements for children, couples and individuals to develop healthy living, emotional regulation, spiritual integration and transformation. Social and physical health are equally addressed both at the group and individual therapy sessions. Spiritual therapies such as meditation, spiritual direction, journal writing and integration are given to religious as well as those who are seeking religious vocation, renewal and sabbatical break. Residential programmes are offered for those who are in crisis or conflict for rest and relaxation and those suffering with chronic ailments for treatments. Follow-up and continuing care will be given to those who are coming for workshops. Our Mission

HOW TO REACH AYUSHYA
Ayushya is situated about 5km from 'Changanacherry' town bus stand and the railway station. Those coming by buses can take 'Changanacherry' to 'Kottayam' private buses passing via 'Changanacherry' railway station, St.Thomas Hospital 'Chethipuzha' and get down at 'Enachira kurisu'(minimum charge in bus). Walk ahead a little and you will see the sign board directing to the centre. 'Auto rikshas' from the town charge about Rs.100/- direct the auto/taxi to take you to Ayushya near 'Enachira Kurisu' at 'Ithithanam'. Thank You.

Ayushya in collaboration with Catholic health Association of India (CHAI) offers a one month long programme in ‘Integrated Approach to Health’ (Health, Healing and wholeness). A journey into self discovery and physical, emotional, mental and spiritual Health through Stress management, counselling, Psychotherapy and Emotional Body health, Yoga, Meditation, relaxation therapies, art, music, dance and laugh therapy etc; Learning skills in alternative healing modes- non drug therapy approach specially Acupressure, Reflexology, Sujok etc; and effective communication techniques and documentation.

Herbal Garden and Herbal Preparations. Ayushya has a well developed Herbal Garden with a variety of medicinal herbs. Many visit our herbal garden for learning about herbs and its use and also for getting seedlings and plants for starting herbal garden at home or in the institutions. Herbal medicines from the garden are used for preparing special healing oils for aches and pain, healing of wounds; hair oils for cold and allergy, dandruff, healthy growth of hair, prevention of graying; cough powder; tooth powder for all kinds of gum and teeth problems. Aloe Vera preparations are given for special cases.
