This case came from Hyderabad for correction of his crooked nose and breathing issues. He was operated twice for correcting this . A tertiary rhinoplasty was planned and the difficulty was the poorly done previous bone work we had very little bone to work up but in the end we did our best and created a straight profile and better breathing .

Another example of ethnic Indian nose correction. Very thick skin with bulbous tip . No tip support. No shape to the nose. He had a deviation of nose Also . We did rhinoplasty and corrected his tip and deviation and reduced the skin thickness and redistributed the excess skin. Such cases require a long term waiting for the skin to thin down . Now at one month Aline he is having a good and thin nasal profile.

Bilateral cleft lip produces one of the most severe facial deformities, often requiring multiple surgeries and prolonged treatment. Traditionally, correction involves staged procedures and pre-surgical NAM (Nasoalveolar Molding), which can delay the definitive surgery.
At New Face, we have developed a modified single-stage bilateral cleft lip correction technique. This allows us to perform the surgery as early as 3 months of age, simultaneously correcting both the lip and nose. By avoiding NAM and reducing stages, we achieve early functional and aesthetic results without compromising safety.

This case came to us for correcting her nose .Her main issues is she had a long nose with large nose projection and nasal hump and deviation. He is national Kick boxing champion . We did rhinoplasty and deprojected the nose and made the nose small and reduced the hump to give a natural looking cute nose.
