It is very difficult for the people to find out who is genuine, who is fraudster/mafia in terms of real estate business.
Many Real Estate Companies/personalities were playing in the life of innocent people and also frequently destroying the total ecosystem of this planet.
[In Tamil Nadu, mostly both government (politicians) and real estate companies/personalities are same. Most of the politicians in the power were doing real estate business and they were buying and selling all the lands everywhere by easily getting approval for all the places. Each of them have tie-ups with each others. Also doing Mafia activities by looting the lands from others.]
பொய் சொல்லி மக்களை ஏமாற்றி என்னத்தடா சாதிக்க போறீங்க Fraudsters / Mafias!
அவங்க கிட்ட ஏமாற்றி வாங்குறீங்களே அது பணம் இல்லடா அது அவங்களுடைய சாபம்!
இஷ்டத்துக்கு சமுதாயத்தையும் இயற்கையையும் சுற்றுசூழலையும் அதிகமாக ரியல் எஸ்டேட் துறை அழிக்கிறாங்க, அழிப்பதற்கு முதல் படியாக இருக்காங்க.
(Some of the Real Estate persons are being genuine by analyzing all the environmental impacts, properly guiding the buyers, providing right information, thinking beyond, buying & selling right land with proper documentation & clear explanation, clearly educating the buyer by treating them as a part of their family member and taking good visionary action.)
I don't know : When will this real estate industry get under the control?
