September is celebrated ,as National Nutrition Month to spread awareness about nutritional needs, deficiencies and malnutrition.

In the present time, I have realized that it's essential to have a balanced diet 🍱that can help to get nutrients. Lack of nutrition can cause several health issues🤦🤒🤧🤢.
Nutrient or vitamins and minerals are not produced by the body, so it's essential to eat a healthy diet so that body can get enough nutrition.
Its need of the hour to have strong immunity and several foods can help to boost immunity.
According to a study, it has been found that the majority of people are nutrient deficient, especially vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B and iron deficient. The deficiency of these nutrients can cause eyes related problem, weakening of bones, anaemia and several other health issues.

Fruits 🍉🍍🥝🍎🍒🍊digest quickly but other components in a meal🍱 like protein, fats or carbohydrates take long to digest.

If fruit sugar stays in stomach for longer , it could ferment and cause tummy trouble.

Haryali 🍀🌲Teej festival🏵️🌻

The festival is celebrated in holy month of Shravan in northern India to welcome monsoon🌧️⛈️ season.

Never regret to have cheat meals especially when you are eating homemade food.

Be aware of food you are eating during cheat day. Try to find healthy substitute for your cheat meal.

Eating your favourite food on Cheat day is not really bad but make sure that you don't ❌overeat.

Enjoying the quality time💯 with family while eating your favourite food 🍱during festival is really a bliss. During the festival the food is cooked with love and gratitude with all family members.

If you want to take banana🍌 and milk🍶🥛 together, add cinnamon or nutmeg powder to it.

Cinnamon and nutmeg powder is good for digestion.
