On the occasion of our U.N.Day Celebrations,.Lions Club of Central Madras Presented Awards in the meeting held on 27.10.14." Lion Dr.P.Sivaraj Memorial" Award was awarded by His Excellency Mr. Sean Kelly, Australian Consul General to South India in The UN Day Celebrations.
The Lion Dr. P.Sivaraj Memorial Award will be presented to institutions which are helping, the society by propagating the need and necessity for the voluntary blood camps and thus making blood available to save lives...

This year,Our Club has unanimously chosen Sree Muthukumaraswamy College, Chennai, 600112, , as the recipient of this award, instituted in the honor and memory of, Lion Dr.P.Sivaraj our Past President, and a pioneer in encouraging and helping institutions which are serving the people by propagating the voluntary blood donation camps and organising such camps periodically..
