Oxygen generation can happen in our body on its own.
To generate do any yoga or exercise, which should give gentle massage to your abdominal organs. For e.g Bow pose (Dhanurasana), Locust pose (Salabasana) or any body expansion pose like Camel pose (Ustrasana), Arc of moon (porai asana), wheel pose (chakrasana), etc.
Avoid body shrinking yoga or exercise like forward bend when you do inverse pose or body expansion pose yogas or exercises.
Remember that only when our body expands we can in take oxygen on its own. That oxygen should reach abdominal organs to digest food properly. When the digestion happens properly, blood circulation happens to entire body which is oxygenated blood.
Atleast weekly 2 days we can do any of these yogas or any one selective yoga to generate oxygen.
