Thinking of all those babies gone too soon... but always in our hearts. This beautiful illustration by in memory of her son Ren is a poignant reminder that life goes forward but we never forget 💔

🕯️Join the Baby Loss Awareness Week Wave of Light on Wednesday 15 October 7-8 pm via Facebook Events (link in bio) to join families across the world to light a candle in memory of those babies no longer with us but whose memory lives on. You can also join in locally with King’s Walk of Light in Ruskin Park 6 pm (meet at the bandstand) followed by a memorial service in the chapel

On International Women's Day (better late than never!) I want to honor 🙏 my teachers from the in Chennai for sharing their deep knowledge and passion for the teachings with such incredible patience, humility and grace. 💕Sending immense gratitude to the all-female team: Ms Padmini (pictured) pranayama and meditation, Ms Shobana, chanting, Ms Poornima, asana, Ms Nrithya and Ms Saraswati, philosophy. All were students of TKV Desikachar and in the lineage of Sri Krishnamacharya. It was such a joy and priveledge to have the chance to be in their presence. ✨

✨Baby Loss Awareness Week 2024✨

Remembering those babies gone too soon. Someone asked me recently whether I supported people through loss, as it probably doesn't happen very often. But it does, we just don't speak about it and those affected feel they must grieve in silence. According to the Pregnancy and Baby charity Tommy's, that's 1 in 2 of us each year.

Through this week we can reach out with love and support to those who have experienced baby loss. Say their baby's name. Listen and hold space for them in whatever way they need. Let them know they're not alone.

I will be taking part in the Wave of Light walk organised by King's Child Bereavement Team on Tuesday 15 October, 7 - 8 pm in Ruskin Park, meet at the bandstand anytime from 6:15 pm. More details of BLAW events linked in bio. The walk is part of the Wave of Light, if you can't make it simply light a candle in remembrance and love. 💔 🕯️

Although the babies who aren’t with us live forever in our hearts, this week highlights the experience of baby loss, which many have either experienced themselves or through loved ones, friends and family. Baby loss is not often shared., and during this week we recognise the importance of community in supporting those touched by baby loss. 💔 This beautiful illustration by in memory of her baby boy Ren, highlights the importance of community in supporting those coping with baby loss.

Really excited to be back at the Dulwich Picture Gallery for more yoga in the magnificent surroundings of the gallery itself, leading the Yoga Stretch with Solberg sessions on 2 March, 6 April and 4 May, 8:45 - 9:45 am. Ticket includes a one hour energising yoga session, a cup of coffee or tea in the cafe afterwards and an early bird view of the exhibition before it opens at 10 am.
