Indian Organiko INDIAN ORGANIKO is a micro farm based in chennai. We organically grow MICROGREENS, a highly nutritious superfood using non-GMO seeds.

Our vision is to improve the health and nutrient intake of urban community with organic, clean(chemical free) food. Microgreens are available as individual boxes ranging from Rs. 250-500 or subscription packs (Rs. 1000-2500/month)

We are back with another easy way to add microgreens to your diet 😇🌱☘️
Cut mango sprout salad 🥗🥭🍅🧅🌱🥦it is!!!
To make this, you will need a cup of overnight soaked and sprouted mix of mung beans, black chana and moth beans, 1 onion, 1 tomato, half a cup of cut raw mango and a handful of our locally grown broccoli micros 🥦☘️🌱 (actually you can use as much micros you require and any variety). Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and squeeze good amount of lemon juice for a nice flavor. Mix well and voila!!!

Very easy to germinate these but the hardest crop to take it to the harvest stage👨🏻‍🌾.
Harvest time is around 9-11days, which includes, 3 days for germination and one day in blackout.
One of the best micros for salads and sandwiches 🥪🥗.

Sango radish is one of the most loved radish microgreen variety, becoz sango is the most spicy radish micros.

Any one new to microgreens will definetly go with sango purple becoz of the bold dark purple colouration.

This variety has a lot of mutating greens, where purple leaves turns green gradually spite of being completely purple white being in germination period.

Clean cut harvest and attractive arrangement of micros is not that easy. It kills a lot of time, almost double the time it takes for an usual harvest ✂️🔪⌛
Major requirement is a razor sharp knife 🔪, which facilitate a clean cut without smudged or crushed stems 🌿☘️🌱 which help alot in higher shelflife.
Cutting edge harvest is one of the criteria for great shelflife. Good harvest gives a shelf life of minimum 10 days 🤩

Red Rubin Basil it is. My most simple and beautiful micros grown in our grow space. Its smells up the grow space with its mesmerizing fragrance.🥰

Red rubin a purple basil 🌱variety, is an annual herb that is commonly grown for its edible qualities, although it does have ornamental merits as well.🔥 The fragrant oval deep purple tinted leaves with hints of dark red have a pleasant taste.😍

This one is a majestic micros for any recipe as a garnish.💪

As a microgreen this looks to beautiful with dark purple hue over true leaves alone. Grow a cm or two taller than the usual green basil. 🌈

This is 15days old and have a great visual appeal and a distinct taste. Its fragrance can be smelled even without harvesting. 😋
