Gungun Foundation successfully organized its Aarogyam Health Camp at Ramachandrapura village, Gauribidanur Taluk, delivering essential healthcare services to the rural community.

With the support of a dedicated medical team of doctors, nurses, counsellors, and volunteers, the camp was able to:

✔️ Serve 38 beneficiaries
✔️ Provide free BP monitoring
✔️ Conduct random blood sugar tests
✔️ Offer doctor consultations (General Physician & Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon)
✔️ Distribute free medicines
✔️ Provide nutritious food for all attendees

This camp became possible through the sincere efforts of our activity team, volunteers, and the generous support of our donor, whose contribution of BP and sugar test machines made a lasting impact on the community.

The Aarogyam Health Camp marks an important step towards ensuring accessible rural health support — “so that no one is left without care.”

Amazing News!

Our very first Aarogyam Health Camp was successfully organized on 16th November (Sunday) at Gouribidanur Taluk, Ramchandrapur Village, and it turned out to be an incredible achievement!

We proudly reached 38 patients, providing:

✔️ Doctor consultations
✔️ BP monitoring
✔️ Diabetic testing
✔️ Free medicines
A Senior Orthopedic Surgeon, a General Physician, and 10 dedicated volunteers came together to make this camp a grand success. After their consultations, all patients received nutritious food as part of our health and care initiative.

We are deeply grateful and thankful to everyone who made this possible.
A heartfelt appreciation to all our well-wishers for their blessings, encouragement, and continuous support.

Together, we move one step closer to a healthier community.

A New Beginning for a Greater Purpose
Today marks a special milestone as we performed the Bhoomi Puja for our upcoming Community Health and Early Intervention Centre, a space dedicated to inclusion, care, and empowerment.

This is not just the foundation of a building but the beginning of hope for many children and families in rural Bangalore who will soon access early health screenings, therapies, and guidance.

A heartfelt thank you to all our well-wishers, team members, and community partners for standing with us in this journey. Together, we are building a future of health, dignity, and inclusion. 🌱

At Gungun Foundation, we believe that every impactful project begins with thorough research, careful planning, and learning from the best.

As part of our groundwork for the upcoming Early Intervention and Community Health Center in Gouribidnur, our dedicated senior leadership team recently visited along with senior volunteer Mr Ramaswamy at the Information Centre in Hindupura. It was an inspiring experience to witness the incredible community health initiatives they have been successfully running. Their approach to inclusive healthcare and community outreach is truly commendable and aligns with our vision.

We are excited to share that our upcoming Community Health Center in Gouribidnur aims to serve and support over 200 patients regularly, especially focusing on early childhood care, disability screening, and accessible health services for rural populations.

The foundation work is in progress — stay connected as we move one step closer to launching a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space for health and early intervention in rural Karnataka.

Gungun Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful belief — no one should be stopped just because of accessibility challenges.

Our founder’s vision is clear: to reach out to the marginalized people with disabilities in rural communities, who are often left without support, without opportunities, and sometimes, without hope.

We are here to change that — by extending a hand, by pulling them up, and by helping them live their lives with dignity, independence, and confidence.

A heartfelt thank you to our mentor and senior volunteer Mr. Ramaswamy and Karunashraya for their unwavering support in arranging mobility aids for the people of Gouribidnur. Your kindness is helping turn dreams into reality.
