I had the wonderful opportunity, with the kind invitation and permission of Dr. Hitesh Tiwari, Principal of Kunwars Global School, to conduct a 2-hour workshop for 45 amazing teachers! 🎉
We explored self-care, screening, and prevention of common health issues related to the teaching profession in a session filled with fun, joy, and a truly cooperative learning atmosphere. The teachers’ active participation and thoughtful questions made the session both engaging and meaningful.
It was such a rewarding experience to be part of this interactive learning journey, alongside the wonderful Assistant Professor Pragya Singh. Feeling grateful for the warm welcome and enthusiastic energy of everyone involved! 🙌

On December 23, 2025, I had the privilege of leading an impactful awareness session at Kunwar’s Global International School, Deva Road, Lucknow. Accompanied by my colleagues Mrs. Pragya Singh (Associate Professor) and Ms. Shambhavi (M.Sc. Tutor), I engaged with girl students from grades 6 through 12 on vital topics including feminine hygiene, puberty, developmental stages, sexual assault awareness,Do& Donts regarding Some Apps and cancer prevention. The session proved to be a highly interactive learning experience, as the students expressed great interest and sought clarification on various anxieties and queries. This successful initiative was made possible through the commendable leadership of Dr. Hitesh Tiwari , Principal, KGS,and his dedicated management team, who are to be recognized for their commitment to providing essential health and safety education to their students.

Feeling truly blessed to visit the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippines 🇵🇭—the country’s premier investigative and law-enforcement agency. It was an absolute honor to meet Chief Director Sir Lito Magno, along with R. Ma. Teresa G. De Guzman, Dean, CAS UP Manila, and Dr. Rajesh kumar Sir, HOD Forensic Dcience, Govt Coleege Aurangabad,India .
The visit offered valuable insights into the various NBI departments, including advanced forensic services, specialized investigative divisions, and crime-solving operations that play a vital role in upholding justice and national security. Witnessing the professionalism, discipline, and dedication of the NBI officers was truly inspiring.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ranjeet Kumar Singh Sir,Founder & CEO of Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science, India,and Dr. Ananaliya R. (Philippines) for making this enriching opportunity possible. A memorable experience filled with learning, inspiration, and deep respect for the remarkable work of the NBI ❤️✨

It was a great privilege to serve as a session speaker at the 2nd International Conference on Global Nurses: United Nation, held at Rama University, Kanpur. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share my perspectives and contribute to such a meaningful and inspiring academic gathering.

I feel honored to have been a part of the 2nd International Conference on Nursing Research organized by Indira Gandhi College of Nursing, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I was unable to attend physically, but it was still a wonderful experience to share my views along with many eminent speakers from across the world. On Dec-06-2025.
