Recent Root Canal Case
Patient presented with pain in the lower right first molar
TOP positive
The case was done as follows
First appointment: RCO done with intermittent filing and devitalizer and closed dressing
Second appointment: Filing with 10 15 20 number files followed by saline irrigation
Then NeoEndo file system was used with 4% taper white file then 4% taper yellow file and 6% taper yellow file...with saline irrigation in between the filing
After the filing was done sodium hypochlorite irrigation followed by saline irrigation.
After three days that is The third appointment: The root canals were obturated
