Any rasam lovers here 😋

Lemon & ginger rasam 🤤 Must try comfort food 🔥

Recipe
********
Tomato - 2
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Green chilli -1
Crushed pepper & cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger - 1/2 inch
Rasam powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Cooked toor dal - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Mix all and cook well.
Add tadka and switch off the stove .
Close the lid and rest for 5 mins.
Squeeze 1/2 lemon and cut the remaining lemon into round size and mix it with rasam.
Finally add coriander leaves and serve hot with rice 😋.

Tadka-
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Red chilli - 1
Hing
