Do we know, what we don't know.... Unfortunately not. In fact.....

WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE DON'T KNOW.

Actually after spending a considerable time as a Medical Representative, when I took the charge of a Region, suddenly I found that many things like, the operational areas, monitoring areas, evaluating areas, performance problem resolving areas and few other areas, which are must know things for a first line manager to work & perform effectively is not clear to me. Then I started working on these.

Then again after a few year when I took the responsibility of a Second line manager, I found the same issues. Many operational areas, many commonly used managerial terms are unknown to me. So again I had to develop myself just to continue & perform.

In fact, development is a continuous process as we grow up into the ladder.
I believe, Medical Representatives are having one option not to take futher promotion or to continue as a Medical Representative with their acquired domain knowledge.
But those, who have accepted this higher responsibilities & promotion are having no other option but to develop & update themselves on a regular basis.
Those will only remain who are suitable to fight & combat the challenges. Others will be eliminated a natural process.

So friends, develop yourself and make your life, the life of your family members comfortable, BECAUSE.. Human Development is directly related to Economic Development.
I am sharing my experiences here, you can accept it or reject.

How we are planning to conduct this Spoken English learning session for the interested professionals...
In fact we are working on that. Initially we are planning to do this through our Pharmagik Platform. It will be an Online session and the total session will be covered in 15 hours ( few extra hours also may required).
There will be two slot. One is of One hour for 15 days & the other one is for 2 hours 10 mints each for 7 days.
Looking into the candidates priority we will place them accordingly.
The Classes will be taken by One Certified Person of BRITISH COUNCIL.
We are expecting to start the session from Mid of May 2021.

Hi Everyone... Hope you all are fine and everybody in your family is also fine. Friends, do take very good care of yourself & your family at this stage.
Friends, for last few days I am not being able to give post regularly as because I was occupied with Pharmagik. Actually we at Pharmagik has now extended our services to different Pharma Companies by giving them some good, trained, result oriented people in the capacity of MR & ASM. And presently we are working with 5 companies.
Shortly we will be launching another course on Spoken English where people will come to know the basics & different methods of improving their fluency in English. The Course will definitely help the Pharma persons in their Professional Life.
Classes will be taken by One of the Certified Student of British Council, The most prestigious Institute on Spoken English in INDIA.
So friends, just wait for few days and I believe by mid May we will start the same.
