Definitely YES !!
If you love fruits , then why not ??
Fruits are an essential part of a healthy diet . Most fruits are low in calories while high in nutrients and fiber . This helps you to keep you fuller . For this simple reason, it’s advised to eat whole fruits rather than taking fruit juice.

However,
ONLY EATING FRUITS WONT HELP YOU TO LOSE WEIGHT..
And
YOU CANNOT EAT FRUITS IN EXCESS AND EXPECT TO LOSE WEIGHT..!!
All fruits have some calories.Include the calories in your daily intake and create a balanced diet ..!!

Let me burst the bubble … it’s not a rule rather a notion …!!
You can lose weight by eating less , but adding physical activity allows you to create more deficit than dieting alone . Regular exercise is not only more successful but also healthier. By eating a healthy diet and exercising , you’re keeping your bones , muscles and heart strong.
There’s no evidence that says it really is 80% of your diet and 20% about exercise. There should be a balance of both and finding a method which works best for you !!

Do you want to be thin or lean ???
Now what’s the difference??
Being thin is as being small in circumference size means a small waist , arms , legs and chest in diameter and low body weight in proportion to your overall height.
However, the definition of lean is calculated by the makeup of one’s overall body composition.. In short , this means someone who has a low body fat percentage.
So , thin people specifically might not have low body fat percentage always .. However lean people have a higher amount of muscle mass with a very low amount of body fat …!!!

How long do muscles take to disappear once you stop exercising completely? 🤔

Here’s what FITTR Coach Shubham Modi has to say:
Muscle growth depends on many factors, including protein intake, energy availability, stimulus from regular workouts, and rest & recovery.

And when the stimulus is removed from the equation, you start losing some muscles. There are two reasons for this: Your body has no reason to keep them if they’re not being used, and they’re expensive for the body to maintain.

But still, making new muscles (or losing them) isn’t like investing in crypto. Muscles don't jump between $10,000 to $10 in a day or two, no matter what. In fact, a 2010 study found that muscle loss could take up to 4 weeks before atrophy kicks in! And just like you lose weight faster if your body fat percentage is higher, you’re going to see muscle mass disappear more quickly if you’re super shredded.

Can you do anything to slow down muscle loss? 😢
Another study, Wall et al (2013), suggests that muscle loss within 7–10 days only happens when you're bedridden and not moving your body. So, if you can’t work out due to an injury or similar reason, try walking, exercising whatever body parts you can, or even simply standing & doing household chores. Any exercise is better than none!

Finally, remember that you’ll gain your muscles back faster once you start exercising again – even if you lose them. Your body never forgets and goes back to the previous levels very fast! 💪
