If one late night and sleeping in late affects your mood and energy levels all day, I'm afraid your circadian rhythm is an aunty too, like mine.

Even if you wake up late, your circadian rhythm (body clock) is still programmed to expect a certain wake-up time.
If you sleep much later than usual, your internal clock gets slightly confused like mild jet lag.
You may also wake up during deep sleep, causing grogginess (sleep inertia).
Morning light exposure gets delayed, which slows your natural alertness hormones.
So it’s not lack of sleep it’s your rhythm being temporarily out of sync.

You can love your extroverted profession and still need quiet time. Holding space for others most of the day doesn't mean abandoning your own space at the end of the day. Especially introvert in extroverted professions need to find quiet time to avoid burnout.

Let’s try and make the world a happier place for us and those around us. As women, many of us spend more time with our children than our partners. So, it is very important for us to be happy in order to provide our children with a healthy environment so that they grow up to be independent, secure individuals.

We must be able to express ourselves so that we are heard and only then can we make a difference. Step 1 is to be happy with who you are and what you have. Let go of jealousy and grudges, declutter your home, make sure you get fresh air everyday and a wee bit of exercise.

All these things will definitely make a difference in your life. All you need is a little push.
