If you want to learn yoga, paranayam and meditation. Then join me for online classes.
Our classes will be conducted on zoom.
If you are a beginner, you can join the morning batch and if you are already practicing yoga and want to deepen your practice please join the evening batch of 6 to 7pm.

Practicing ek- padasetubandhasana will bring strength flexibility strength and balance to your whole body. when you are ready for this variation remember not to Force it stay present, listen to your body and be gentle with yourself finding ease in the difficulty of the pose will help you learn how to be more graceful and poised in the rest of your daily life.
