What Is Your Real Spiritual Level? : 12 Reflections That Mirror Your Truth

Spiritual growth isn't a trophy to hang on the wall. It's not about how many books line your shelves or how many workshops you've attended or how many modalities you practice.

Real progress reveals itself in the quiet moments—when you're alone with your thoughts, when someone cuts you off in traffic, when life doesn't go according to plan.

Your soul stands before a cracked mirror. This mirror doesn't smooth out imperfections or offer flattering angles.

It reflects every shadow, every hidden corner, every flicker of light you've been trying to ignore.

It doesn't care about your credentials or your carefully crafted image.

It only shows the truth of who you are when everything else falls away.

Below are 12 signs reflected in this mirror—genuine tests of spiritual depth.

These aren't boxes to check off.

They're invitations to see yourself with both kindness and honesty, to meet your whole story, especially the parts you've tucked away in the dark.

1. When Suffering Knocks, Who Opens the Door?

Suffering arrives uninvited at everyone's doorstep eventually.

The question isn't whether it comes—it's how you greet it.

Do you bolt the locks and pretend you're not home?

Or do you crack the door open, heart pounding, willing to face what's on the other side?

There's something fierce about choosing to meet your pain head-on.

The blacksmith knows this. The fire that melts steel also makes it unbreakable.

Pain asks something similar of you: will you let it reshape you, or will you spend all your energy running?

2. Can You Hold Space for a Breaking Heart Without Fixing It?

Real compassion isn't wearing a cape and swooping in to save the day.

It's quieter than that, and somehow harder.

It's sitting beside someone in their storm and resisting every urge to make the rain stop.

Think of a bird with a broken wing resting in your palm.

The instinct is to force it to fly, to prove it's okay.

But love sometimes means keeping your hands steady and still, letting healing happen at its own pace.

Can you be that kind of present?

Can you witness someone's pain without needing to erase it?

3. Are You the Hero or the Honest Storyteller of Your Life?

We all want to be the hero of our own story. The one who always chose right, who stayed patient, who saw clearly.

But spiritual maturity asks you to put down that shiny narrative and pick up something rawer—the truth.

All of it.

The times you were petty. The moments you looked away.

The ways you've hurt people, including yourself.

When you stop airbrushing your past, something strange happens.

The mirror stops lying back to you. And in that clear reflection, real growth finally has room to breathe.

4. What Happens Inside When Someone Criticizes You?

Criticism lands like a slap. Your whole body wants to either hit back or hide.

But here's the thing: what if that sting is actually a signal?

What if buried in those harsh words is a grain of truth you've been avoiding?

The spiritually mature person doesn't build walls or lash out.

They get curious.

They lean in close and ask, "Is there something here I need to see?"

That doesn't mean accepting every criticism as gospel. It means being brave enough to look.

5. Does Your Life Match Your Spiritual Talk?

It's easy to speak beautifully about love, presence, and compassion. The words flow like honey.

But do your actions echo those words?

Real spiritual depth shows up in the smallest moments—how you treat the barista who got your order wrong, the stranger who's driving too slow, the family member whose voice grates on your last nerve.

These tiny, unglamorous moments are where your practice either lives or dies.

This is the soil where your truth grows, not in the grand gestures or eloquent speeches.

6. Are You Living in the Present or Lost in Thoughts?

Your mind is like a restless animal, always pacing between yesterday's regrets and tomorrow's anxieties.

Presence is the practice of calling it back home.

It's feeling the warmth of sunlight on your skin and actually registering it.

It's noticing your breath moving in and out like gentle waves.

It's being here, fully here, instead of everywhere else.

This moment is the only one you actually have. Everything else is just stories you're telling yourself.

7. Who Signs Your Permission Slip to Be Yourself?

Do you wait for approval before you feel worthy?

Does your sense of value rise and fall with other people's opinions?

There's a deep well inside you that no amount of applause can fill and no criticism can drain.

Finding it—really anchoring yourself there—is spiritual independence.

It's carrying your own permission slip.

Without this, you're forever at the mercy of the crowd, a puppet dancing to their changing moods.

8. Are You Master of Your Possessions or Captive to Them?

Attachment wears many disguises. Sometimes it looks like greed—always wanting more.

Sometimes it looks like spiritual pride—rejecting wealth as "impure."

True freedom lives in the middle. It's holding everything with open hands—light enough to enjoy, loose enough to release without your peace crumbling.

One person hoards their treasures.

Another scorns them.

Both are trapped.

Freedom is neither grasping nor pushing away.

9. Can You Truly Release the Past and Those Who Hurt You?

Forgiveness isn't a light switch you flip. It's not forcing a smile or pretending the hurt never happened.

It's more like carrying a heavy backpack filled with stones.

Each one has a name: Betrayal. Anger. Resentment. Judgment.

Forgiveness is the slow, deliberate act of unpacking them, one by one.

Not because the stones aren't real—they are.

But because you're tired of the weight.

Because you finally choose your own freedom over the bitter satisfaction of blame.

10. How Do You Dance with Uncertainty?

Life offers very few guarantees.

Plans fall apart.

People leave.

Circumstances shift like sand.

The spiritually mature soul learns a different rhythm—one that doesn't demand to know every step in advance.

It's dancing with uncertainty like a trusted partner, stepping lightly even when the music changes.

It's finding your balance not in control, but in trust.

Can you move through the unknown without clutching desperately for solid ground?

11. Can You Be Alone With Yourself Without Escape?

Silence feels dangerous in a world built on noise.

We fill every crack with distraction—scrolling, streaming, anything to avoid being alone with our thoughts.

But true courage is sitting in that silence.

Meeting everything that rises up—the fears, the doubts, the uncomfortable truths.

Solitude isn't loneliness.

It's a doorway.

On the other side is a kind of self-love that doesn't need constant validation or entertainment.

It just is.

12. Why Do You Help Others?

Are you kind because it makes you look good?

Because you're keeping score?

Because you need the validation?

Or does kindness pour out of you like water from a spring—natural, effortless, without agenda?

The highest form of service doesn't announce itself.

It doesn't need witnesses or applause.

It flows because your heart has touched something deeper—the recognition that helping another is simply an extension of helping yourself.

If this list stirs something uncomfortable in you, lean into that feeling.

Discomfort means you're touching something real, something that matters.

Growth isn't about rushing to fix yourself or collecting spiritual gold stars.

It's about showing up with tenderness.

Observing without judgment. Learning to meet yourself exactly as you are.

Pick one of these that resonates—maybe the one that made you wince or pause.

Let it be a quiet companion this week.

Notice how it shows up in your life.

No pressure.

No agenda.

Just gentle awareness.

This simple practice builds spiritual depth far more than any dramatic breakthrough ever could.

You are already whole.

This path is simply about remembering that—about peeling back the layers that hide your light so it can finally shine through, messy and human and absolutely radiant.

There’s a quiet magic that lives between the moments —

in the breath before dawn,

the hush after a sigh,

the pause between one heartbeat and the next.

That’s where Reiki lives.

In the spaces where we simply allow.

When we soften into that stillness, Reiki flows —

balancing, restoring, reconnecting us

to the divine rhythm of life.

✨ Pause

✨ Breathe

✨ Feel the space between each inhale and exhale —

and sense Reiki flowing through it all.

Three strong energies present in universal life, peace is the balance of energy, love is its strength, and light is its physical and ephemeral existence that feeds us.

🔥 Growth always comes with a sting...

There’s a moment in every awakening when the pain feels unbearable...

When the weight of what’s breaking inside you feels heavier than what’s holding you together.

But that’s where the change begins.

Every heartbreak... every disappointment... every dark night of the soul is a sacred invitation.

It strips away the illusion... the comfort... the masks you once wore to survive.

And in that raw space... you meet your truth.

You begin to rebuild from the ashes... stronger, clearer, freer.

First it hurts... then it changes you 😌💖✨

AWAKENING JOURNEY

There comes a point where you realize you are not your name, your face, your race, your story, your wounds, or your beliefs. You are not the mask you’ve been wearing to survive this world. You are something far greater... something eternal, limitless, and untouchable by the illusions of this matrix.

When that truth begins to burn inside of you, the ego panics. It clings to what is known, to the comforts of identity, to the lies that kept you safe. This is where the war begins... not outside, but within. The unraveling is not easy. You will lose what you thought you needed. You will face shadows you’ve ignored for lifetimes. You will die to who you were… and be reborn into who you truly are.

Do not resist it. The pain of letting go is nothing compared to the ecstasy of remembrance. On the other side of ego’s death is freedom... real freedom. Not given by governments, not granted by religions, not bought by money, but the unshakable freedom of your soul.

And when you step into that remembrance, you will see the game for what it is. You will feel the pulse of Creation in everything. You will know yourself as both the drop and the ocean, the spark and the fire, the fractal and the Source.

This is awakening. Not comfort, not illusion, not control. This is the reclamation of your true identity… and nothing will ever be the same.

(Why your quiet gifts are survival instincts refined into wisdom)

You’ve been told you’re “old for your age.”

You’ve been called empathic, intuitive, perceptive.

You walk into a room and feel the

temperature change before anyone speaks.

You sense when someone’s lying without knowing how.

You dream things that later happen.

It’s easy to romanticize this as mysticism.
But there’s another layer:

many so-called “old souls” are trauma survivors whose nervous systems became finely tuned radar to navigate unpredictable environments.

Your intuition isn’t random.

It’s a sensitivity born of necessity.
Your “gut feelings” are the wisdom of a body that had to read micro-cues to stay safe.

Your empathy is the child of vigilance.

Your pattern recognition is the adult expression of a skill that once saved you.

But here’s the miracle:
skills forged in survival can evolve into gifts.

Jung called this psychic alchemy:

the transformation of wound into faculty,

defense into discernment,

hypervigilance into deep intuitive knowing.

True spiritual intelligence isn’t about escaping your humanity.

It’s about integrating this sharpened perception with grounded presence.

When you heal the fear beneath the sensitivity,

the vigilance softens into vision.

Your empathy stops draining you and starts guiding you.

Your intuition stops panicking and starts protecting.

These are not tricks.

They’re the quiet powers of a soul that refused to shut down.

They’re the instincts of someone who has been to the depths

and returned with sight.

You’re not “too sensitive.”

You’re exquisitely attuned.

And once you stop apologizing for that —
your so-called burdens reveal themselves as your guides.

Every year, on October 10, the 10/10 Portal marks a time when energy feels clearer, lighter, and deeply aligned with new beginnings.

It is known as one of the most powerful numerological gateways of the year, representing the end of one chapter and the start of another.

In 2025, the 10/10 Portal carries the vibration of Angel Number 10, which symbolises both completion and rebirth.

It’s the Universe’s way of saying, ‘What’s finished has served its purpose, and what’s next deserves your full attention.’ This is the moment to pause, breathe, and trust that everything unfolding is right on time.

The Essence of Angel.🪽 Number 10.

In numerology, each number holds a specific vibration. When two identical numbers align, as they do on 10/10, that frequency doubles in strength. Here’s what makes Angel Number 10 so powerful:

☆1 stands for new beginnings, leadership, and taking initiative.

☆0 represents divine flow, infinite potential, and spiritual connection.

Manifesting is not.

Manifesting is not blindly saying yes to a post you like,
it’s embracing the whole concept of soul and self.

Manifesting is not the same for everyone,
not all desire the same things
or feel the same way,
what works for me,
may not work for you.

Manifest is not something that can be explained in 3 or 4 words, it sometimes takes Ones whole life to gain that clarity.

Manifesting is not a once in a while thought,
it’s a whole thought and body process.

To truly manifest One has to embrace their whole being, mistakes and all.

Manifesting is not saying the words,
but it is the actions that follow those words.
The true intentions.

Manifesting is not by chance,
it’s a desired plan with a desired outcome.
It takes effort,
not recited words,
but heartfelt emotions.

Manifesting is not just talking the talk,
it’s walking the walk.
Allowing things to walk in
and walk out.

Manifesting is not about things
or money,
it’s a life changing process, bringing One to their best life.

Manifesting is not easy,
nothing in human life is,
it’s about faith, courage
and most of all love.

When you embrace these principles,
Ones life is taken to a new attitude,
a new gratitude
and a new perspective.

Life feels hard because we think it is.

We believe we must heal trauma because we believe we’ve been traumatised.

Yet the truth remains: there is no hardship and no trauma—only love, expressing itself in infinite form.

When we perceive struggle or pain, we’ve simply lent our belief to what is false.

I think, therefore I am.

Whatever I think, I experience. Hardship exists only when I decide something is hard.

Trauma exists only when I decide I’ve been traumatised.

Many will challenge this, offering examples of pain as proof it is real.

But every event is filtered through the lens of our reaction.

Respond as though it is hard, and it becomes hard.

Reframe it with gratitude, and the experience transforms.

Gratitude dissolves trauma because it restores the only truth that ever was—love.
