Dear Directors / Technical Council Nominees / Constituent Association’s Office Bearers/ Special Invitees,



The Hybrid meeting of Directors / Technical Council Nominees / Constituent Association’s Office Bearers/ Special Invitees will be held on 28th August 2022.

It was unanimously decided to hold the 18th AGM through Hybrid Mode (In-person and online) on Sunday, 28th August 2022 at 1100 hrs followed by lunch at JW Marriott Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi.

Your attention is therefore requested to the following:-

1. Please mark your calendars and save the date for travel & attend 18th AGM scheduled for Sunday, 28th August 2022 at 1100 hrs via Hybrid Mode.

2. Please share the AGM meeting information with the current office bearers of the association. Please also specify your nominee for participation in the AGM.

3. The detailed AGM agenda and virtual link will be shared soon.

4. You are requested to confirm your mode of participation (In-person/virtual) through email in advance so that necessary arrangements can be made.

The ensuing AGM therefore will be enriched by your presence for the critical decisions.
