The activity to look at the sun in the eye mostly during sunrise or sunset to soak in the energy.

How to practice :
* Within an hour of sunrise and sunset.
* Sit or stand Barefoot on ground .
* Stare directly at the sun for 10 seconds and gradually increase time.
* If the rays are too strong, squint your eyes.
* Visualise the light entering the centre of your brain (pineal) down through every cell & organ of your physical body.
