Highlights of the journey
Being so bloody fit all the time before i conceived
To
Being so much over weight just after i delivered to dealing with liver issues for almost more than 1 year post pregnancy to coming down to a little healthier version of me in just 25 days by eating home cooked food ,eating on time ,working out (when i was given a thumbs up by my doctor and gynae )

It is a roller coaster actually!!!
Still a long way to go ......

Many of you will think why post this ???????
Any progress that i make makes me happy and also motivates my insta family who on a daily basis face issues and lack confidence when they loose few kgs

There is a need to shift mindset about posting your progress when you think people would like it
People need to keep posting all their choti choti progress because it actually keeps you motivated!!!!!

Do you often get confused about what to eat when you are travelling with your friends and family??
Do you often feel guilty every time you decide to consume your favourite food?
Do you label your food as "Cheat Food" or "Cheat Meal" ?
If you said yes to all of the questions above then it's probably because less about food & more about your mindset about your food & diet..
What you consume is what you become & What you think is what becomes your reality..
Today, I'd like to urge you to not label food items with anything negative & do not restrict yourself immediately when it comes to eating healthy..
Try & have less portions of junk but whatever you eat, enjoy it without feeling guilty. If you can't workout for an hour, start by walking or running for 10 minutes each.
Remember it's now how much you can do in a single day but how consistent can you be when it comes to building a healthy lifestyle...

✅ When you say I'll workout on Monday, you teach your brain that you don't have the power to make decisions & you will be a slave to your mind and move in whatever direction it takes you in...
✅ When you call your favourite food 'Cheat meal' you train your brain to make you feel guilty of enjoying things that your body loves. (Ofcourse moderation is the key).
✅ When you add labels on food saying this is healthy, this is unhealthy, you put in vibrations and energy to those food and whatever you call it is what it will become..
#2023 is almost here. Before you change anything about your external factors. Dive deep inside & change things internally.
Shift your mindset to be happy with whatever you are doing now & wherever you are now & then aim for bigger and better things but always with a plan and zeal to improve your life not to punish yourself...
