Avoid harmful combos and follow simple Ayurvedic rules for better digestion and clear skin

You might be eating healthy — but are you combining your foods the right way? 🤔
Ayurveda teaches us that some food combinations, known as Viruddha Ahara (wrong food pairings), can create toxins (Ama) in the body. This leads to indigestion, bloating, fatigue, and skin issues.

🚫 Food Combinations to Avoid:

Milk + Fruits – can cause fermentation and slow digestion
Curd + Fish – may disturb the body’s balance and lead to toxins
Honey + Ghee in equal amounts – becomes toxic when mixed in equal parts
