🌱If it’s bitter, it must be Ayurvedic!
Fact: Ayurveda is not just about bitterness—all six tastes (rasa) are essential: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, astringent. Each dosha needs different combinations.

🌱One remedy works for everyone!
Fact: Ayurveda is highly personalized. What suits a Pitta person may aggravate a Kapha one. Know your prakriti before following trends.

🌱Herbal = No Side Effects
