A pleural effusion is a buildup of fluid in the pleural space, an area between the layers of tissue that line the lungs and the chest wall. It may also be referred to as effusion or pulmonary effusion.

There are many causes of pleural effusions. The following is a list of some of the major causes:
Congestive heart failure..
Kidney failure.
Infection.
Malignancy.
Pulmonary embolism.
Hypoalbuminemia.

The development of a pleural effusion occurs from fluid seeping into the pleural space, a thin area between the visceral and pleural membranes in the chest cavity

:--Common symptoms associated with pleural effusion may include the following:
chest pain,
difficulty breathing,
painful breathing (pleurisy), and
cough (either a dry cough or a productive cough).

Deep breathing typically increases the pain. Symptoms of fever, chills, and loss of appetite often accompany pleural effusions caused by infectious agents.

The tell-tale signs of varicose veins include veins that appear dark blue or purple under the skin as well as the appearance of rope-like protrusions in the legs or feet. These protrusions differ from the normal appearance of veins as they are not smooth and even. Varicose veins appear gnarled and twisted under the skin.

Sometimes varicosities can become very painful. Pain associated with varicose veins includes:--

– A feeling of aching or heaviness in the legs.

– Continuous feeling of muscle cramps, burning or throbbing pain in the lower legs.

– Swelling in the lower legs and feet.

– Pain in the lower legs and feet that tends to increase with prolonged standing or sitting.

– Extreme itching that is directly over or around a varicosity.

– Open areas on or around the ankles that seep clear fluid.

When the skin around the ankles opens and begins to seep it is an indicator of a serious vascular issue. Medical attention will need to be sought in order to care for these areas as well as to treat the inflammation and/or infection in the legs....

HIV infection comes in three stages. First stage is known as acute infection, second stage is called as asymptomatic period and AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome) is the last stage of HIV infection.

Of HIV: Acute Infection

The initial symptoms of acute HIV infection may include:
Headache
Diarrhea
Muscle Pain
Joint Pain
Nausea and vomiting
Fatigue
Aching muscles
Sore throat
Red rash that doesn’t itch, usually on the torso.
Fever

Of HIV: Asymptomatic Period

After the first stage, HIV continues and goes in to the second stage that is called as Asymptomatic Period (long period without any symptoms). In this stage, HIV infection produces at very low level, although it is still active.

of HIV: AIDS

Our immune system can’t kill the HIV virus and AIDS is advanced stage of HIV infection.

Cough and shortness of breath
Soaking night sweats
Seizures and lack of coordination
Difficult or painful swallowing
Mental symptoms such as confusion and forgetfulness
Severe and persistent diarrhea
Extreme and unexplained tiredness
Sores of the mouth, a**s, or ge****ls
Nausea, abdominal cramps, and vomiting
Rapid Weight loss and extreme fatigue
Severe headaches with neck stiffness
