Hello Everybody, Hope you all are great.
Today, I am sharing a wonderful smoothie recipe with you all, which makes you full of energy.
You can have this in your breakfast or can have it in the evening hour too.
You just need to soak 2 tbsp. of rolled oats with some nuts of your choice (I prefer to soak, some almonds, walnuts & raisins) and 1 tsp of chia seeds in lukewarm water overnight.
Next morning add the fruit that you like most and some toned milk (optional) and grind it coarsely.
Your energy booster drink is ready, Garnish it with some chopped fruits and some crushed nuts. You can drizzle some honey on top of it too.
Give it a try, you will surely like it.

Hi Everybody...You all must be enjoying it as the monsoon is here and we all get some relief from the scorching heat.
Today I wanted to tell you about a simple jhatpat snack, which you can make in minutes, and it's healthy & filling rather than munching on some fried snacks.
In Monsoon, we all want something that soothes our taste buds and is tangy and hot too.
So, You can prepare corn chaat within minutes and enjoy your evening.
In a pan add 1 tsp of any oil or 1/2 tsp of butter. Add some chopped garlic, and chopped onion, and saute till it turns translucent in color and then add some of the chopped tomatoes.
After 2 min, add boiled corn and then put the seasoning of your choice, like salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, or thyme, and put some sesame seeds on top of it for crunchiness..
Enjoy it hot..
Full of fiber, a potent source of Vitamin C, also contains carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin which are good for eye health.

And this year the slogan is HEALTH FOR ALL & it should be like this only as when all will be healthy, we will grow and thus the nation.
So, Today thought to share one very simple & yummy salad , which can be made in minutes...
Kidney bean tangy salad
You have to just take some boiled small kidney bean, add chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot, cottage cheese, finely chopped chillies and coriander.
For dressing add 2 tsp of olive oil, add 2 tsp of lemon juice, black pepper, some herbs and rock salt. If you want you can add 1 tsp of honey too, mix finely and spread to your salad & your yummy salad is ready.
It will give you proteins, with lots of fibre, vitamins & minerals.
Fills your stomach and off course will add a feather to your health.

Try to incorporate some healthy and good habits in our day to day routine...
🔷 Water intake should at least be 2.5 liters.
🔷 Cut down your visible sugar intake to not more than 2 tsp. per day.
🔷 Usage of oil should not be more than 2-3 tsp of oil per person per day.
🔷 Vegetables & fruits should be a part of a healthy diet.
🔷 Outside food should not be more than twice a week.
🔷 Early dinner and walk after dinner should be apart of a healthy life.
🔷 Breakfast should not be skipped.

Today made a very simple dish out of steamed whole moong daal which you can have it in your breakfast as well as in your meals as a salad and also have as a snack. Can be carried to office and prepared in minutes. Filling & super healthy.😋

I always believe that whatever is cooked in the home is fresh, appealing, and good for health.
Breakfast is one such meal which cannot be taken for granted and I believe that it should be prepared at home.
I always do experiment with recipes so that they can be richer in nutrients and today I made evergreen poha with a twist.
Breakfast should be rich in fiber and Protein so that in the morning itself, the body will get its major nutrients.
I added:-
Peanuts, Cottage cheese & sesame seeds for protein part &
carrot, capsicum, peas & onion for fibers &
and rice flakes (poha) are rich in carbs and iron.
So, the gist is that always try to add anything new to your recipes to make them super-rich.
