Hello Everybody, Hope you all are great.
Today, I am sharing a wonderful smoothie recipe with you all, which makes you full of energy.
You can have this in your breakfast or can have it in the evening hour too.
You just need to soak 2 tbsp. of rolled oats with some nuts of your choice (I prefer to soak, some almonds, walnuts & raisins) and 1 tsp of chia seeds in lukewarm water overnight.
Next morning add the fruit that you like most and some toned milk (optional) and grind it coarsely.
Your energy booster drink is ready, Garnish it with some chopped fruits and some crushed nuts. You can drizzle some honey on top of it too.
