More protein doesn’t always lead to better results. If you’re feeling bloated, gaining weight, or struggling with digestion, it might be because you’re overdoing it. Here's why:

🔸️𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙞𝙣 = 𝘽𝙡𝙤𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜: Too much can overwhelm your digestion ⚠️  
🔸️𝘿𝙚𝙝𝙮𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Protein needs water to break down 💧, and without enough, you’ll feel drained  
🔸️𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝘼𝙙𝙙 𝙐𝙥: Foods like paneer and protein bars are calorie-dense 🍫, which can lead to weight gain if overconsumed

To optimize protein intake:  
🔸️𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙞𝙗𝙚𝙧: Include fruits🍎, veggies🥦 and grains 🌾

Fasting is meant to reset your body, but if the scale moves in the wrong direction, something isn’t right. The problem isn’t fasting—it’s what and how much you eat during it.  

⚠️ 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝:🍟 Fried snacks, heavy carbs, and sugar-loaded drinks turn a light meal into a feast.  
⚠️ 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: 🍽️ Bigger portions and frequent snacking lead to excess calorie intake.  
⚠️ 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐩𝐬:❌ Skipping protein and fiber increases cravings and reduces satiety.

There’s no quick fix for weight loss, especially before your wedding. While dieting can be a helpful tool, extreme fasting or crash dieting can impact your health by depriving your body of essential nutrients. 🌿✨

A person can change one's body composition through diet alone without exercise. However it's the combination of both that provides a complete healthy package. Applying the 80% nutrition-to-20% fitness rule is simply a statement of the importance of nutrition in the equation.

We gain weight when we take in more calories than we need. Therefore, managing energy input and expenditure naturally be the key to weight loss.

Applying the 80:20 rule creates the difference and understanding food will be the major player in how you look. Finally, this is an easy foundation to approach body composition, but it is more complicated because stress, sleep, metabolism and genetics also plays a role. To really understand how all of these components affect the body, it is recommended to see a certified dietitian nutritionist.

𝐇𝐎𝐖?
Just being thin does not imply one’s health. In fact a heavier person may have better overall health than a thinner person due to lifestyle choices like eating a balanced diet and regular work out routines. When you're working out, there are all kinds of chemical-mechanical processes and changes going on inside your body. So it’s not weight but the composition of body weight (fat-muscle percentage bone-water weight, etc.) is what determines your fitness.

Don’t let the scale be your health gage. Focus on practicing healthier habits and be consistent. For improved health you need to make changes that you can keep to for life.
