For years, my mornings have been sacred—a time to **reset, reflect, and energize** before stepping into my role as a psychologist. The way we start our day shapes our mindset, energy, and productivity.

Here’s the **routine** I swear by:

✅ **Hydration** – A glass of water to wake up my body
✅ **Journaling (10 min)** – A mindful practice to bring clarity & gratitude
✅ **Yoga (45 min)** – Strength, flexibility & mindfulness with
✅ **Meditation (15 min)** – A pause before the day’s demands
✅ **Preparing Tiffin** – Nourishing my body for the day ahead
✅ **Bath & Prayer** – Cleansing & grounding
