🌙 Want to get some shut-eye without tossing and turning all night? 💤💤
💻 Ditch the blue light from your phone and laptop before bedtime!
Studies have shown that exposure to blue light emitted by these devices suppresses the production of melatonin, the hormone that makes us feel sleepy. While the blue lights are helpful during the day to keep us alert but during evening the blue light tricks our brain into thinking that it's day time ,leaving us feeling alert instead of tired.
This can lead to insomnia, fatigue, and a host of other sleep-related problems. Furthermore, it can also affect the quality of sleep, leading to feeling less rested in the morning.
So, to improve the quality of your sleep, it's important to limit your exposure to blue light in the evening. This can include putting away electronic devices at least an hour before bed, using blue light-blocking glasses, or using apps that reduce the amount of blue light emitted by your devices.
So, say goodbye to late night scrolling and hello to a better night's rest .
