Studies have shown that exposure to blue light emitted by these devices suppresses the production of melatonin, the hormone that makes us feel sleepy.While the blue lights are helpful during the day to keep us alert but during evening the blue light tricks our brain into thinking that it's day time ,leaving us feeling alert instead of tired.
This can lead to insomnia, fatigue, and a host of other sleep-related problems. Furthermore, it can also affect the quality of sleep, leading to feeling less rested in the morning.

So, to improve the quality of your sleep, it's important to limit your exposure to blue light in the evening. This can include putting away electronic devices at least an hour before bed, using blue light-blocking glasses, or using apps that reduce the amount of blue light emitted by your devices.

That something as basic as chewing the food can affect you so greatly??
This is a very basic habit ,is often overlooked, but is has a potential to solve many digestion issue.
As most of us have read in our grade 4 science books that the process of digestion starts in the mouth itself, the food is crushed ,grinded by our teeth and is mixed with saliva.The saliva contains some digestive enzymes.
Also,if you gulp down the food without chewing it , it puts alot of pressure upon your internal organs to digest these big chunks of food.
So,chew you food properly and mindfully.

Let's face it, we're all a little bit hungry. But, don't get sucked into the trap of empty calories and settle for less than you deserve. Fill up with a fruit or some nuts that will keep you full & satisfied.

'Empty calories' -' *snack* ' like foods or drinks that are tasty & *calorie loaded* but have little to no nutritional value.

These can contribute to *weight gain* and other health problems like diabetes & heart diseases if consumed in excess.These are often found in processed or convenience foods, such as sweetened beverages, candy, and baked goods.

The wrong advices that people give you and the right ones are:

❌Eat less food
✅ Telling people with weight problems to just eat less and move more is ineffective advice that rarely works in the long term

❌Don't eat ghee,butter etc , it will make you fat
✅Diet with unhealthy, high-calorie junk foods laden with fat will definitely make you fat, but not the healthy fats

❌Eat less carbs
✅Whole foods that are high in carbs are very healthy.
On the other hand, refined carbs like refined grains and sugar are definitely linked to weight gain

❌Eat that supplement
✅ Most supplements for weight loss are ineffective. The best ones can help you lose a bit of weight, at most

❌Do the crunches to lose that belly fat
✅ There is nothing like spot reduction, weight reduction happens throughout the body

❌eating a burger is equal to eating two chapati & sabzi
✅ Not all calorie sources have the same effects on your health and weight. For example, protein can increase metabolism, reduce appetite, and improve the function of weight-regulating hormones
