SIMPLE TIPS AND TRICKS TO BOOST IMMUNITY DURING LOCKED DOWN, THAT CAN EASILY DONE AT HOME.

1. DURING GARDENING AND HOME CLEANING, WEAR GLOVES AND MASK.
घर में बागवानी व सफाई के दौरान ग्लब्ज और माक्स जरूर पहनें

2. DO SOME SIMPLE EXERCISE AT HOME IN THE MORNING.
सुबह बंद कमरे में अपनी मांशपेशियों को क्लाक वाइज व एन्टी क्लाक वाइज घुमाएं

3. BLOW CLEAN BALLOON 5-10 TIMES DAILY AFTER THIS EXERCISE DRINK WARM WATER.
साफ गुब्बारे दिन में पांच से आठ बार फुलाएं और उसके बाद गर्म पानी पीएं।

4. APPLY ANY OIL LIKE COCONUT OIL, OLIVE OIL OR MUSTERED OIL ON WHOLE BODY BEFORE TAKING BATH.
सुबह स्नान से पहले अपने शरीर पर 15 मिनट तेल से मालिश करने के बाद नहाएं।

5. TAKE A DEEP BREATH HOLD FOR 20 SECONDS AND THEN EXHALE. DO THIS EXERCISE FOR 10 MINUTES DAILY. BUT THIS EXERCISE IS CAN BE DONE BY ONLY 10-60 AGE GROUP ONLY.
10 से 60 साल तक की आयु वर्ग के लोग 10 मिनट तक सांस अंदर खींचें और बाहर निकालें।20 सेकंड तक सांस अंदर रोकें।
