But we can prevent ourselves from these by doing any physical activity and by eating healthy.

So it is the time for each one of us to take a resolution to do workout for atleast 30-45 minutes in a day to keep our heart 💓 healthy.

Vitamin D helps in the absorption of calcium and Vitamin K helps in bone growth and maintenance.✨

Calcium can be obtained from many sources other than milk and milk products.🥛🧀
So if you are suffering from lactose intolerance ,than you also easily have adequate Calcium content by having sesame seeds, Ragi , green leafy vegetables, amaranth .

Don't forget to take atleast 30 mins of sunshine ☀️early morning to have adequate Vitamin D as it will help in Calcium absorption.
