Here’s my favourite stretch for those of us who spend long hours working at a desk 5-6 days a week ——
UTTANA SHISHOASANA or popularly also known as the THE PUPPY POSE

Desk jobs can leave our upper back, shoulders and neck sore … in the longer run also lead to rounded shoulders and constant stiffness of the upper spine therefore giving us a terrible posture.

Practice this asana regularly and slowly feel the relaxation in your back, shoulders, neck and trap muscles.

🌴 Best time to drink coconut water is between 11:00am - 1:00pm on hot summer days when Pitta Dosha dominates the system.
