🍺 Beer vs Whistle ( whiskey has low calories as compared to beer)
Cocktails 🍸 looks very fascinating but are actually the WORST OPTION TO CHOOSE AS IT IS LOADED WITH SUGAR… Because of sugar syrups average calories in a cocktail can go upto 400kcal… So avoid them completely
Rum is low in calories but adding SOFT DRINKS MAKES IT WORSE…
