β 1 CUP MILK
β CREAM
β CHEESE
β 200-GRAM PANEER
β 5-6 TOMATO
β 1 RED CAPSICUM
β 1 YELLOW CAPSICUM
β 1 GREEN CAPSICUM
β Β½ KG BROCCOLI
β 2 ONION
β GINGER
β GARLIC
β CORIANDER
β 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
β CHILLI FLAKES (AC. TO TASTE)
β OREGANO (AC. TO TASTE)
β SALT AS NEEDED
Preparation
1st FILLING:-
β HEAT BUTTER IN KADAI.
β ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION AND 3-4 CLOVES GARLIC STIR IT.
β ADD GREEN CAPSICUM AND SAUTE IT FOR 1-2 MIN.
β ADD 1 BOWL TOMATO PUREE , SALT RED, CHILLI POWDER AND MIX WELL.
β COOK IT FOR 4-5 MIN.
2nd FILLING:-
β HEAT BUTTER IN A KADAI.
β ADD 3-4 CLOVE GARLIC, 1 ONION, CHILLI FLAKES AND SAUTE IT.
β ADD 1 CHOPPED RED CAPSICUM,YELLOW CAPSICUM & BROCCOLI , SALT AND SAUTE IT FOR
2-3 MIN.
β ADD 100G CHOPPED PANEER , 1 CUP MILK AND MIX WELL.
β ADD 100G GRATED PANEER AND COOK IT FOR 2-3MIN.
β ADD CHILLI FLAKES , OREGANO ,CREAM AND MIX WELL.
(TAKE ANY BOWL AND LAYER FILLING WITH CHEESE AND BAKE IT FOR 20 MIN.)
