PCOD is no joke. Some days you feel normal, some days you are so exhausted and tired that you don’t even feel like getting out of bed, zero motivation to do anything, even the bare minimum for yourself. Even with all the dietary and lifestyle changes, your body shows symptoms, it feels too much to handle at once. The worst part? People don’t take it seriously and sometimes make fun of it. Sometimes you just don’t know why you are breaking out, why you are fatigued suddenly, why your periods are delayed. You just lose track of everything and feel helpless.
