Pain is not the problem—it’s the way we manage it that matters.

Athletes, trainers, and rehab professionals—how we address pain can make or break performance and recovery.

Instead of avoiding movement, the key lies in identifying safe exercises, addressing fearful movement patterns, and gradually building back strength.

Ensure you do the following:

✅ Ruling out red flags and knowing when to refer

✅ Finding pain-free movement patterns that build confidence

✅ The role of cardiovascular fitness in pain management

✅ Strategies to reintroduce movement without worsening symptoms

✅ The power of positivity, hope, and joy in the rehab journey

If you’re a coach, trainer, or rehab provider, this is your opportunity to level up your approach and help others move smarter, not harder.

𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺?

Four easy ways to give your 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗥𝗠𝗥) a quick boost:

🔥 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 – Peppers, ginger, and chilies contain capsaicin, which can increase RMR by 3-5% for up to two hours. A little spice can make a big difference!

❄️ 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 – Lowering your room temperature by just a few degrees can activate fat-burning. Over time, this can lead to significant fat loss!

☕ 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲 – A cup of coffee can boost RMR by 3-11% for 1-3 hours. It also helps reduce appetite!

🍵 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮 – This powerhouse drink increases RMR by 4-5%. It works even better when combined with caffeine!

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆?

P𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱, but many still rely on 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀.

If you’re only treating symptoms and not addressing the root cause, are you truly helping your clients?

I trained at 𝗘𝗫𝗢𝗦, 𝗨𝗦𝗔, where I learned 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻, 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀 that go beyond just pain relief—they help people 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.

And this approach is a 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲-𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿.

🚀 It’s time to upgrade your skills. Join the webinar *The Principles of Movement*, and I’ll show you how to bring 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 into your practice.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽!

In 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, staying updated is 𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭. The industry keeps evolving, and to deliver the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀, we must evolve too.

Between sessions, I make the most of every moment—exploring new techniques, understanding the latest research, and refining my practice.

𝗪𝗵𝘆?
Because 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 isn’t about what you learned years ago; it’s about what you continue to learn and 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.

Clients trust those who stay ahead.
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 = 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴.

𝘞𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘱𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭?
It may never come.

𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 is how I keep growing—learning, applying, and evolving 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦.
