Mango doesn't lead to weight gain, it is just like any other fruit rich in nutrients, fibre, antioxidants, and minerals. It cannot cause weight gain when consumed in moderation.

🥭Mango is rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants
🥭It is an excellent source of vitamin A
🥭It is high in potassium which helps control heart rate and blood pressure thus, keeping the heart healthy.
🥭Mangoes contain a good amount of dietary fibre
🥭Diabetics can consume mango, but in limited quantities

✅️Believe or not, there is a right way of consuming the fruit
To begin with, mango should not be consumed at lunch or dinner along with the main meal. It should rather be consumed as a meal in itself as a mid-morning or an evening snack. This prevents weight gain as well as post-meal glucose spikes. 

Moreover, you should ideally consume mango whole. If not, you can slice or cube the fruit but avoid juicing the fruit for consumption. This causes fibre and nutrition loss. 

One Mango a day won't cause any weight gain , so enjoy your summer fruit .
