Welcome to the Humanitarian Medical Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (HMBC) – the medical and healthcare arm of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement (UN-ECOSOC Special Consultative Status). Our medical and healthcare personnel are all members of our specialist faculty association, the Faculty of Humanitarian Medics (FHM) and its sub-faculty association, the Faculty of Humanitarian Medicine Doctors. ur members also form part of the Humanitarian Medical Blue Cross Corps or Humanitarian Medical Blue Crescent Corps. Our Humanitarian Medics (HMs) include a range of health practitioners, paramedics, first-aiders, army medics, rescue medic personnel, and Humanitarian Medicine Doctors (HMDs), that are involved in our 'Health4Humanity' projects, programs and campaigns.
