COVID-19 has been an emotional roller coaster for us. While you’re busy juggling working at home, disinfecting your groceries, your mind may be playing a constant chatter of worry on a loop.

Focusing on sleep is a first step towards Self Care since getting enough sleep can benefit our immune system.

What can help sleeping better during coronavirus outbreak?

It looks like Covid-19 is here to stay for a while, and we will now have to be more cautious and prepared for ourselves and for our family.

The Covid-19 pandemic continues to produce uncertainty and we are all navigating through it the best way we can. In times like these, every individual matters, and YOU matter - more than ever! We need to help each other in lifting our spirits to get through these difficult times together.
