You still need food, no matter what supplements you're eating. 💊
And yes, protein shake as a meal replacement is a bad idea. 🥚
A lot of times people think (especially in this pandemic era) that they can just pop in some pills and get away with eating foods that aren't really meeting their body's demands.🤰
A lot of times, this also stems from the fear of gaining weight, so people just eat lesser and think they'll get more nutrients from the supplements.🍎🍇🍉
And needless to say, diets like Keto, IF, Paleo etc further fuel their need to depend on supplements in place of real food.🍖🍗🥚
⚠️The truth is, supplements just SUPPLEMENT your diet, they can't be your whole diet!⚠️
