And yes, protein shake as a meal replacement is a bad idea. 🥚

A lot of times people think (especially in this pandemic era) that they can just pop in some pills and get away with eating foods that aren't really meeting their body's demands.🤰

A lot of times, this also stems from the fear of gaining weight, so people just eat lesser and think they'll get more nutrients from the supplements.🍎🍇🍉

And needless to say, diets like Keto, IF, Paleo etc further fuel their need to depend on supplements in place of real food.🍖🍗🥚

⚠️The truth is, supplements just SUPPLEMENT your diet, they can't be your whole diet!⚠️

And sure, if for some reason you can't eat fruits, go ahead and drink those juices just remember that fruits will have more fibre (and depending upon what your juice really is) it might not be as nutritious as the fruit!

Most of you might think that it’s just a post related to branding , NO ITS NOT .....This is straight from my heart for . I have been using her products since 2 years but trust me I was never disappointed, coz whatever She makes for people ...it’s pure passion blended with lots and lots of love . Read on to know what you can do:
While chai or coffee isn't really "harmful", we do tend to add spoons of sugar to it and imagine having 5+ teaspoons of sugar everyday (that you could've eaten in a dessert!).
Try these hacks to control your chai cravings:
1) Identify if you're craving chai or just something to drink. Remember you need water and you might be dehydrated!
2) Try beverages like herbal teas/ black teas with chai masala/or just warm water.
3) Try rationing your chai to 3 times (or whatever you feel works for you) a day. Try avoiding chai with your meals as it might inhibit the absorption of some nutrients, so give a 15 min gap before and after having your meal for enjoy chai!
In moderation, chai can do absolutely no harm, so sit back and have that extra cup of chai if you're really craving it!
