There’s real science behind this. 🫁

Researchers at Stanford University have shown that a breathing pattern called the physiological sigh can calm your nervous system quickly and effectively.

It’s simple
two inhales through the nose followed by a long slow exhale

In clinical research, just a few minutes of this type of breathing led to greater reductions in stress and improvements in mood than traditional mindfulness practices.

If you feel older than you are, it’s not aging. It’s your posture and…..your fascia 🧬 and I’ve got a method to help you look and feel years younger and stronger 💪🏽

Most women are trying to fix this by pulling their shoulders back or lift heavier or pushing through pain or harder workouts. But healthy posture does not come from force. It comes from restoring your body from the inside out.



When your fascia is tight and your body is compressed, your lymphatic system can get congested and your energy becomes sluggish. You collapse forward, your breath shortens, your metabolism becomes stagnant and you start to feel heavier shorter more compressed and more fatigued than you should.

This simple move helps open the lunge and melts tension from your shoulders and upper back…plus helps support lymph flow, and spinal alignment so you naturally stand taller, feel lighter, and move with more ease, grace and confidence!
