This patient got crowns on vital teeth 10 years ago and it is a long bridge of 6 caps. So, in such cases, removing such long bridges is difficult, and these 2 teeth were paining, so RCT through the crowns is advised and started as it is much comfortable and a conservative procedure.

Patient came to clinic complaining of severe pain 3 months after getting his RCT done from some quack.
The digital Xray was taken and as it can be seen poor RCT, with a lot of periapical infection.
So, then, re RCT was started, canals cleared, infection went, calcium dressing given, then, Pain subsided, swelling gone, and then the nerves were again placed to the apex of the root with the canal sealing in 3D from all the aspects to prevent future re infections....

So, take care of your teeth and do check a doctor's degree and experience always before visiting him...
