Examination revealed anterior subluxation of the IOL–bag complex into the anterior chamber.

I demonstrate a short, simple, and safe technique for IOL repositioning without vitreous loss, along with a special method for viscoelastic removal tailored to such challenging situations.

" In this video, I’ll be demonstrating managing a fibrotic capsule in an intumescent cataract by using the modified form of my innovative INVERTED T technique, a method I first described for managing intumescent cataracts , here we use an Keratome in a cataract with a fibrotic, hard capsule.
This approach allows surgeons to safely open the capsule in crisis situations where conventional methods may fail. It’s a life-saving maneuver that can make all the difference in challenging cases, and I believe it will prove invaluable to cataract surgeons everywhere."

Just returned from an unforgettable trip to Riyadh!
​It was a tremendous honor to represent India and Sharp Sight as an International Speaker at the Saudi Ophthalmology Society (SOS) Conference 2025. I was one of the few surgeons globally invited to speak at this prestigious event—a moment of true pride! 🇮🇳
​We had engaging debates and discussions on the latest surgical innovations and eye care research. Sharing the stage and connecting with leading eye surgeons from around the world was inspiring.
​Huge thanks to SOS for the platform and the chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones. Came back energized!
