Our brain naturally shifts through different brain-wave states throughout the day. Each state supports a different function: focus, calmness, creativity, or rest. When we understand these states, we can better notice what may be out of balance in daily life and respond with awareness rather than force.
For example, brain fog doesn’t always mean we need more Beta (thinking effort). Often it means the mind hasn’t rested well (Delta) or integrated information calmly (Alpha), which then affects focus.
