✨ International Braille Day: 217th Birth Anniversary ✨
“A heartfelt tribute to the great Louis Braille, the messiah of the visually impaired world and the father of the Braille script!” 🙏
🔹 Life Story and Struggles:
History bears witness to the tragic accident on April 20th that snatched away Louis Braille's eyesight in his childhood. But his unwavering determination did not give up, and at the young age of 15, he created that magical script of six dots, which illuminated the lives of millions with the light of knowledge.
🔹 Emotional Poetry:
That wound of April 20th became history,
Every dot of Louis became a symbol of faith.
The torch of knowledge that has been burning for 217 years,
Has become a ray of hope for those living in darkness. 🕯️
🔹 Resolution for the Blind Skill Foundation:
Today, all of us members resolve that we will follow the path shown by Louis Braille and achieve the goals of education, self-reliance, and equality. Our unity is the true tribute to that great personality.

Today, because of him, our respect has increased.
This journey of two hundred and seventeen years is unique,

One post as Junior Translation Officer for Visually Impairedone post as Junior Accountant for Low Vision and one post as Assistant Secretary, one post as Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Skill Education), one post as Superintendent for persons with disabilities ,Visually Impaired can apply in Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE) .
Qualifications:
Assistant Secretary: Essential: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institution. Stages of Recruitment:
Age: 35 years
Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Skill Education): Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized University/ Institute with provision of applicable concession to the respective categories*.
Desirable:
i. B.Ed./M.Ed or equivalent from a recognized University/
Institute.
ii. NET/SLET
iii. NET-JRF
iv. Doctorate Degree from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age: 30 year
Superintendent: i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Working knowledge of Computer/Computer Applications such as Windows, MS-Office, handling of large database, Internet.
Age: 30 years
Junior Translation Officer: Master’s Degree of a Recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree Level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a Recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree Level.
Age: 30 years
Junior Accountant: 12th Class from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution with Accountancy/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Commerce/Entrepreneurship/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Taxation/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject.
AND
A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer
Age: 27 years
Junior Assistant: i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Com
