You don't need NEW YEAR = NEW ME 🗣

You just need to try to be/do a little better than before so that you can keep growing & getting better at things you really want to get better on , you need to be consistent with whatever you put your mind on especially your fitness, it plays a major role, it can change/improve everything around you ❤️

Days/dates/months/years can be motivational but for how long ? You have to get over this mindset and start asap, not when you will be ready, we are never going to be ready for a change or to get out of our comfortzone, we have to make a right decision and stick to it. You owe this to yourself.

My goal for this year is same as what i was doing last years however, i want an improved version of me 🤸‍♀️

A negative-calorie food is a food that supposedly requires more food energy to be digested than the food provides. Its thermic effect or specific dynamic action—the caloric "cost" of digesting the food—would be greater than its food energy content.They are low on calories and high on volume that's why they keep you full for longer.

1. Cool as a Cucumber 🥒: Crunchy, hydrating, and low in calories, cucumbers are my ultimate snack companion. They're like nature's spa treatment for my body, inside and out! 🧖‍♀️💦

Fatloss is actually EASY with right guidance , you don't have to starve to loose weight, you just need to eat right.

🔸️FOCUS ON
1 to 1.8g protein per/kg + weight training & cardio + sustainable calories + homecooked meal to loose fat and get toned.

🔸️STOP FOCUSING ON
