I love my self care Sundays with NO ❌SCREENS 📱

(BTW: As a Dietitian, I’m taking good care of my quality of food & staying well hydrated)

Unplugging from screens gives me so much peace of mind 🥰 & takes away a lot of stress & anxiety that builds up due to scrolling, checking mails, online webinars etc.
